Second in Command for Lord Mammon!
Little fish baby lookit him.
He's got a bunch of weaponry in his body, from various accidents.  He's a brave warrior, but quite a worrywart when he's thinking about Greed or Lord Mammon.  The weapons have not been removed because Mammon has deemed it too dangerous to take them out.

He's able to barely lift Mammon's hammer, but only if it's underwater.
